The "La Perdicie" holiday village accepts bookings to guarantee your reservation for the date you have chosen.
Reservations for a stay can only be made through the website https://www.giteslaperdicie.com.
Reservations are strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another person under any circumstances.
Children under 1 year old are counted as part of the total number of authorized guests.
The request does not constitute a final reservation until it is confirmed by the booking service (confirmation sent by email within 3 business days).
Once confirmed, the reservation becomes final. It will only be valid after the acceptance and validation of the 30% deposit of the total cost of the stay, plus a €6 booking fee.
For stays of 2 to 3 nights, the full payment, including the booking fee, will be required at the time of the reservation.
The deposit must be paid no later than 1 week after the reservation.
The remaining balance of your stay must be paid 1 month before your arrival.
No discount will be given in case of late arrival or early departure.
A late payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
In accordance with Article L. 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the user is informed that no right of withdrawal applies to the services offered on the website https://www.giteslaperdicie.com.
Please note: For check-in, arrivals are from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Modification fees will apply for any changes to the type of accommodation, package, or the composition of the stay (pets, kits, options, etc.) after the reservation request has been confirmed.
A fee of €30 will be added to the cost of the stay.
No rescheduling will be accepted for a later season.
General Sales Conditions:
Early departure, late arrival, or cancellation will not result in a refund by the holiday village itself, and payments will be kept as compensation.
The guest is required to adhere to the internal rules of the holiday village and must have insurance for their civil liability, including for rental purposes.
For safety reasons, minors must always be accompanied by a legal representative.
The La Perdicie Holiday Village reserves the right to cancel the reservation or refuse access to the site if it is found that the reserved accommodation is intended for minors under 18 years old or minors who are not accompanied by their legal guardians.
Accommodation Rental:
Accommodations are rented for a minimum of 2 nights throughout the year, from 3:00 PM on the arrival day to 10:00 AM on the departure day.
The number of people specified for each rental in our rates corresponds to the maximum authorized occupancy based on available equipment. This cannot be exceeded for safety reasons. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations.
Guests must provide their own household linen: sheets, pillowcases, dish towels, and bath towels. These are also available for rent by selecting the option during booking.
A security deposit of €250 per accommodation will be required upon arrival by credit card. This deposit covers any missing or damaged equipment.
Parents with young children must ensure the protection of the mattresses.
In the event of an accident, compensation for damaged equipment will be deducted from the deposit.
Guests must return the premises in perfect condition. A check-out inspection will be conducted by our team after your departure.
Pets are allowed (up to 2), except for dogs in categories 1 and 2. A supplement of €2 per night per animal will apply, along with a security deposit of €100. Animals must be kept on a leash at all times.
Modification or Cancellation by the establishment before your arrival:
In case of external events beyond our control, such as inclement weather (storm or thunderstorm), we may need to modify or cancel your stay.
We will then offer you, depending on availability, a rescheduled stay at a later date.
On-site Cancellation - by you:
If you refuse to access your accommodation, relocation will only be offered based on our availability.
This solution may incur an additional charge, but no refund will be given.
Visitors:
Visitors may be admitted to the park with prior authorization from the manager or their representative and under the responsibility of the residents who invite them.
The park’s services and facilities are not accessible to visitors.
Any unregistered visitors will be excluded from the site and subject to a flat fee fine.
Visitors' cars and pets are not allowed in the holiday village (outdoor parking is mandatory).
Reception Room:
The reception room in the holiday village is available to guests upon prior reservation and availability.
Access, usage, and reservation conditions for the room are separately defined in the village’s internal rules.
Guests are required to adhere to the agreed usage hours and maintain cleanliness and condition of the venue after their event.
In case of damage to the room or its equipment, repair or replacement fees will be charged to the guests. The management reserves the right to cancel any reservation that does not comply with these rules or causes disturbances to other residents.
Participant Identity:
The names, surnames, and birthdates of participants must be filled out correctly during your order.
Any errors in the details must be communicated to us as soon as possible before the start of your stay.
An identity card will be requested from each participant upon arrival.
If the information provided is incorrect upon your arrival, a flat fee of €30 will be charged, along with any price difference or tourist tax if the category changes.
